Stella Whitney-West

In December 2007, Stella Whitney-West was appointed CEO of NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, a federally qualified health center that serves over 25,000 residents in North Minneapolis and Hennepin County with comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care. Prior to her appointment, she served as the COO for NorthPoint’s Human Services. Her background includes over two decades of experience working with governance and policy boards of nonprofit organizations as well as extensive senior management experience in the Twin Cities nonprofit community.

She has an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in biology from the University of Minnesota. Ms. Whitney-West serves on the Twin Cities LISC Advisory Board and as a member of the board of directors for Stratis Health and Urban Home Works. She is currently Board President for the Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC).
